Built by pilots, for pilots still finding their way to the certificate.
FlightStride replaces the paper logbook and the spreadsheet guesswork with one clear picture of your training — where you stand, what's next, and how close you are to checkride-ready.

Why we built a digital logbook that actually shows your progress
Every student pilot knows the feeling: a stack of paper logbook entries, a signature from your CFI, and no real sense of how close you actually are to a checkride. The FAA requirements are precise — hours, categories, endorsements — but tracking them by hand rarely is.
FlightStride started as a simple question: what if your logbook could tell you where you stand against the actual 14 CFR Part 61 requirements, in real time, without a calculator? So we built it — dual and solo hours, cross-country legs, night flying, instrument time, and endorsements, all rolled up into one training picture that updates every time you log a flight.
It's built for the two people in every training relationship: the student who wants to know exactly what's left, and the CFI who needs a reliable record of a student's progress without chasing down a paper logbook.
More access to better aircraft.
FlightStride is building toward a future where pilots can find well-equipped, thoughtfully maintained aircraft without the friction that keeps good flying out of reach.
This aircraft represents the kind of practical, dependable fleet we want to make available to flight schools, independent CFIs, time-builders, and pilots who simply want to keep flying.

Where we're headed
FlightStride is the first step toward making flight training more affordable and more transparent. Here is the roadmap.
- 2026–2027
Build the platform
Build FlightStride into a trusted, everyday tool for student pilots and CFIs — a logbook that pilots actually rely on to track their training.
- 2027–2028
Grow the fleet
Purchase and upgrade our first training aircraft, then lease them to flight schools to build the capital needed for the next phase.
- 2028–2030
Open time-building rentals
Put that fleet to work with an affordable time-building rental operation — for pilots chasing 1,500 hours, everyday PPLs who want to go fly, and independent CFIs renting by the hour to teach students.
What we care about
A handful of principles guide every feature we build.
Clarity over clutter
Your training progress reduced to what matters: hours logged, hours remaining, and what to fly next.
FAA-compliant by default
Every category tracked against 14 CFR Part 61 requirements, so nothing gets missed before your checkride.
Progress you can see
Dual, solo, cross-country, and night hours tracked automatically as you log each flight.
Built for the training relationship
A shared, reliable record between student and CFI — endorsements included, paper logbook optional.
